Rental Request
Request Rental of the Goose Bay Curling Club Facility (Ice and/or Lounge Area)
To book your rental, please answer the questionnaire. We are a volunteer run group so please be patient with us and give us 24-48 hours while we work to confirm your requested date and time. Our rental costs are as follows:
-Full Club Rental (includes ice, lounge, kitchen, & bar) - $100 plus tax per hour. Every fourth hour is complementary.
-Lounge Only Rental (includes lounge, kitchen, & bar) - $50 plus tax per hour.
-On-ice Instructors can be provided at a cost of $15 an hour plus tax. We recommend one instructor per 15 curlers.
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of your rental. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice which is due at the time of your rental. The deposit can be paid by email money transfer to curlinggoosebay@gmail.com or by cash, debit/credit card at the Club.
Please keep in mind that any participants must be at least 6 years of age. Any participants under the age of 12 must wear a helmet while on the ice.
If you have any special requests for your rental, please pass it along.
